This grocery store flower arrangement makes for a perfect Valentine\u2019s Day gift. It\u2019s simple and sweet and can be made quickly and inexpensively! <\/em><\/h3>\n

Hello everyone! Today I’ve joined a few fellow bloggers to share a floral arrangement you can make at home for Valentine’s Day. If you’ve been following my blog for any length of time, you know that I love incorporating fresh flowers into my home’s decor. I love how they can instantly add cheer to any space and that the options are endless. <\/p>\n

Trader Joe\u2019s has always been my go-to spot for most of my floral arrangements, but for this arrangement I used 3 for $12 flowers from  <\/span>a Publix grocery store. One day I hope to cut all my flowers from own garden, but for now 3 for $12 isn\u2019t too shabby! <\/span><\/p>\n

With Valentine\u2019s Day just around the corner, I chose a darker pink, a lighter pink and white blooms. I like having three different colors in an arrangement. I usually use two of the same color, just a shade different. <\/span><\/p>\n

I wanted this arrangement to be a little smaller than a table centerpiece. I\u2019ve found a more petite arrangement works well for coffee tables, bedside and accent tables. For the vessel I chose a vintage tureen from our dining room. You can get creative when it comes to what vessel you use. I bet you already have the perfect one around your house.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each time I put together an arrangement I use clear floral tape to make a grid pattern on top of the vessel I\u2019m using. Floral tape helps keep the flowers in place. I always start with my larger, statement flowers first and fill in around them with smaller, filler flowers or greenery.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I placed the tulips and roses in the middle and worked my way out, placing them evenly around the vessel. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Next, I used pink and white Alstroemerias as my filler. I like to break apart the larger flower clusters into smaller stems when filling in. This allows you to have more control and to have them spaces more evenly throughout. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lastly, I clipped a little greenery from my Camilla bush to add some rich greenery. What I love about smaller, more petite arrangements is that they take very little time to put together. This one took my just 10 minutes to complete. They make a great last minute gift for friends and loved ones. A homemade bouquet is always a good idea! <\/span><\/p>\n

These flowers have added such a sunny spot to the corner of our living room. This room doesn\u2019t always get the best sunlight, so fresh flowers always elevate this room. With the addition of our hanging paper heart tree<\/a><\/em> this room is feeling quite festive! <\/p>\n
