Add a festive touch to your home this Valentine’s Day with a simple hanging paper heart tree. It’s just the right amount of decor and I bet you already have what you need on hand! <\/i><\/h4>\n

Valentine’s Day has always been a simple celebration in our house. We usually have a nice dinner at home, followed by a delicious homemade dessert, like our favorite French chocolate tart<\/em><\/a>. I also prefer not to do any elaborate decor, but instead something simple and understated. This month I decided to join a few friends to share a sweet idea for your home this Valentine\u2019s Day!<\/span><\/p>\n

This week Charlie and I made this sweet paper heart tree for our family room. I think of it as a nod to our Easter egg tree<\/a><\/em> that we make each spring. I think it’s a perfect and festive touch for a simple Valentine’s Day! <\/span><\/p>\n

We used basic card stock, twine and sticks from our yard. I really love this project because we had everything on hand and was easy enough for Charlie to help! Projects that I can recruit Charlie for are always a little more special. <\/span><\/p>\n
