Thanks for the tip on freezing the ice cream in order to make it hard enough to make the ice cream sandwiches. I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker and it definitely is a game changer. I downsized our family’s homemade ice cream recipe and have used that with the ice cream maker and it is delicious. I also make a cake batter ice cream that is quite good. The homemade ice cream is all natural and the cake batter ice cream does use a cake mix but it is still pretty good. It tastes just like Cold Stone Creamery’s cake batter ice cream! Beautiful photos of the ice cream sandwiches!
