These sandwiches look perfect to have by the pool or at the beach. I love the combo and can’t wait to try it. Sometimes when it’s so hot we just have sandwiches and potato chips.

I love summer sandwiches! I’ve been eating tomato sandwiches lately. Yours sounds yummy but I’m a vegetarian. My hubby would eat this though. Thanks for sharing the recipe – I like the idea of adding jam to it.
