GREAT recipe! Made these two times already using freshly milled soft wheat flour. I found when using fresh milled flour instead of AP flour, the content needed to be upped by about 25%, so for the muffin base I used 2 and half cups plus 1 T of flour and for the streusel topping I used 1 and 1/4 C of flour and everything turned out great. Keeping this recipe as one of my staples!
