New front entrance, kitchen, alterations to the bathroom needed, a laundry, a few half walls demolished and of course a good paint and floor coverings needed. We did am 80s renovation that had leaky bathroom and kitchen making it unlivable and we added a third bedroom. It came up a treat and is now rented.

It is run down and needs renovating so I am researching ideas. This house is gorgeous and I could move in tomorrow but of course I can’t. I love the simplicity and serenity, the peaceful colors and the kitchen Oh, everything really!!! Our is an ugly duckling and may never have been the beautiful swan but we are going to do our best for it. We have to improve the front, put on a porch/verandah and make a lovely entrance. Kitchen and bathroom area also need redoing. The last one we did was unlivable and we survived that reno so I’m confident we can do this one!!

Baby’s room is very peaceful and suspect there is a baby boy residing because of the blue wallpaper? And yet maybe not……..
