Stacey, its a color called Cherry Bark by Behr. I believe there is a photo of the front of the door in my Christmas home tour post. There are so many fun colors that look great on front doors these days! I love light blue for a front door, especially if you have a lot of beige. Painting can be a job that’s for sure!

I think so too Suzanne! I was a little disappointed that the wreaths did not show up as well in the photos, mainly due to the natural light flooding in. I’m really happy with it though. It was such a cheap update. I’d love to eventually paint all the interior doors the same color.

I have such a hard time picking paint colours. We live in a late 1930’s house and the previous owners painted everything very neutral warm colours. We have beige and brown in various shades. Someday I hope to reprint the living room and dining room.

What a simple but significant change. Not only does the color create visual weight for the area, the addition of the tiny wreaths adds depth and increases the visual interest. Well done all around. I really like it.
