I made your ginger bread house twice. It turned out very successful. I wish I was able to show you my pics. I’m planning to make another one in larger size this year, and also planning to give the ones in original size to my family friends. I especially like the ratio of royal icing ingredients. The icing is strong enough to keep the wall and roof panels, using the thick piping tips, and also the moisture evaporates fast to make the icing glue very solid. I have hard time finding light molasses or dark corn syrup in LA, so I’m using Karo brand dark corn syrup to substitute. Thanks for the great recipe and happy holidays!
